How We Present Products

One of the biggest problems with older replica-watch listings is the tendency to describe every item with the same broad terms. We do not want customers to assume that every watch uses the same movement, crystal, steel grade, water resistance or level of functionality. Specifications can vary substantially from one product to another.

For that reason, the individual product page should be treated as the main source of information for a watch. Where movement, dial colour, case finish, bracelet or strap, clasp, crystal, dimensions or other details are available, they are shown at product level. If a specification is not confirmed, it should not be assumed simply because another model in the same collection has it.

Ordering and Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes around 8–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when it is available.

Returns and Support

Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days after delivery, including eligible change-of-mind returns.
