Are the watches genuine branded watches?

No. ReplicaMade.io sells replica and alternative-design watches and is not an authorised dealer for the brands referenced on the site.

Are all watches the same quality or specification?

No. Movement, crystal, case finish, bracelet, strap, clasp, dimensions and functions can vary between products. Use the specification of the exact product you are considering.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

After dispatch, delivery typically takes around 8–15 business days. Transit time can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is supplied after dispatch when available. A new tracking number may require time before the first carrier scan appears.

How can I check my order status?

Registered customers can use Order Status. If you cannot access an account order history, use the Contact Us form with your order number and order email address.

Can I change my order or address?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help while the order is still processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch has begun.

What payment methods are available?

The payment methods currently available to your order are shown during checkout. Availability can vary, so the checkout should be treated as the current source of payment options.

Can I return a watch if I change my mind?

Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days after delivery. The watch must satisfy the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if the item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. We will review the order and provide the appropriate return, exchange or refund instructions for an eligible claim.

Are replica dive watches waterproof?

Do not assume water resistance from the design or collection name. Only rely on a water-resistance rating when it is specifically stated and verified for the exact watch.

Do all chronograph, GMT or moonphase-style functions work?

No. Function depends on the individual movement and product. Check the product description for the exact model.

Do the watches use genuine brand movements?

A replica should not be assumed to contain a genuine Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Patek Philippe or other genuine-brand calibre. Use the actual movement description shown for the product.

Can I send my card details through the contact form?

No. Never send a full card number, password, security code or one-time verification code through the contact or testimonial forms.

How do I contact support?

Use our Contact Us form. For an existing order, include the order number and the email address used for the purchase so the enquiry can be matched to the correct order.
