Shipping & Delivery

ReplicaMade.io ships to the UK, the USA and other destinations supported by the checkout. Delivery timing has two separate stages: order processing and carrier transit.

Order Processing: 3–5 Business Days

After payment confirmation, an order is normally prepared within 3–5 business days. During this period the order may still show as processing while the item is prepared, checked and handed over for dispatch.

If you have only just placed an order and tracking is not yet available, that does not necessarily mean there is a problem; the order may still be within the normal processing window.

Delivery After Dispatch: 8–15 Business Days

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes around 8–15 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier routing, destination, local delivery networks and other conditions outside our direct control can affect transit time.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when it is available. A newly issued tracking number may not show movement immediately because the carrier can require time to scan the parcel into its network.

Delivery Address

Please check the shipping name, street address, city, state or region and postal code before submitting the order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or dispatch has started.

Order Status

Registered customers can review their order history through Order Status. If you cannot access the order through an account, contact us and include the order number and email address used when placing the order.

Delays

If tracking has been issued but there has been no meaningful movement for an extended period, contact us with the order number and tracking number so the shipment can be reviewed.

Returns After Delivery
