Our Guarantee

Our guarantee is a service commitment, not a claim that every watch has identical materials, movements or functions. We want customers to receive the item they ordered, have clear information about the order process and have a defined way to resolve eligible problems.

Product Information

We aim to present product photographs, names and available specifications in good faith. Because specifications differ between models, claims such as movement type, crystal, case material, bracelet, clasp, water resistance or chronograph function should be read at product level.

We do not guarantee that every replica is indistinguishable from a genuine watch or that a product reproduces every genuine-brand function. If a particular specification is essential to your purchase, contact us before ordering when the listing is unclear.

Order Handling

After payment confirmation, orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 8–15 business days. Tracking is supplied when available after dispatch.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged, is materially different from the item ordered, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as practical with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the order and provide the appropriate return, exchange or refund instructions where the claim is eligible.

14-Day Return Window

Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days after delivery, including eligible change-of-mind returns. Returned items must be unused and undamaged and include the original packaging and accessories. Do not send a return to an address shown on a parcel without first receiving return instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund or exchange is processed according to the selected resolution. Refunds are returned through the appropriate payment route where possible. Please allow payment providers and banks their normal processing time after a refund has been issued.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

Normal wear, damage caused after delivery, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, and assumptions about unlisted specifications are not the same as an item arriving damaged or incorrect. In particular, do not rely on a watch for swimming or diving unless the exact product has a verified water-resistance rating.
